So, you’ve come to The Hague to study, work or just hang out. You’ve checked out the city, been to Scheveningen and visited a few bars. But how do you meet really cool young people? There are certainly a lot of them here… honest! 🙂

Your best chance is at a YoungTheHague event. YoungTheHague is the networking organisation for young professionals who want to be part of the city’s lively international community.

YoungTheHague was officially launched on October, 7 2010 by the city’s mayor, Jozias van Aartsen, the CEOs of Shell, Siemens, KPN and AEGON, the Secretary-General of the Ministry of General Affairs and 350 young professionals.

YoungTheHague organises various activities aimed at creating new social and professional contacts. That’s why most activities have a social and professional component.

The main themes that YoungTheHague focuses on are:

  • Government & Diplomacy
  • Sustainability & Society
  • IT/Security
  • Social events
